A product marketed as a dietary supplement known as Viril-Ity-Power (VIP) Tabs has been recalled by the manufacturer of that product, International Pharmaceuticals, Ltd.

The recall is voluntary. The decision to recall the product came after International Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. was informed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that a harmful ingredient that is undeclared on the product labeling has been detected. According to the FDA, the ingredient of concern is hydroxyhomosildenafil, an analog of sildenafil. Sildenafil is an active ingredient for Erectile Dysfunction (ED).
