Instead of letting our own automobile accidents be our wake up call, we can learn from the unfortunate accidents of others. Many new drivers can identify with the freedom that is felt with the ability to drive oneself anywhere.

Unfortunately that feeling is all too often accompanied with a false sense of invulnerability for many teens. Excessive speed and alcohol make tragedy more likely. What is key is to think before you act. It only takes a momentary lapse of judgement to extinguish a life forever.
