Automobile Accident Involving Drunk Driver

Yesterday, in Jamestown, California, an extremely drunk driver, Herondina Pinherosias, pulled into the intersection without having the right of way. The victim, Clement Cope was driving eastbound on Highway 120 and Sims Road when the incident occured and was given no time to react.

The drunk driver suffered a broken arm, in additional to other injuries. To make matters worse, Pinherosias was driving drunk with a passenger, Amber Foster, in the vehicle. Foster suffered chest injuries. No word on injures to the victim. Pinherosias was arrested and booked on felony drunk driving charges.
