It is outrageous that this monster is out on bail, probably sipping beers with his buddies while the young man he pushed off his car and dumped on the roadside suffers bitterly in the hospital and the young lady he helped to kill lies in an urn in her mother's house. What's wrong with the judge? Did he not know Luna has a prior conviction for carrying a concealed weapon? Did he not know Luna just got back from hiding in Mexico? Wouldn't this constitute a high risk for jumping bail. I would not be surprised if he's alreading in Mexico again. Shame on that judge! The Bachan and Garfinkle family has every right to be furious at the so called "justice" system.

The story was a sad one. I knew Bill from online and he had a "up hill battle" Congrats are in order for a Good Job Done! I hope one day he is back in a police uniform it that is what he wishes. Shame that I have not spoke to Bill in over 5 years..I hope to locate him on line someday soon. What happen to this fine officer and his brother and partner is a disgrace and must never be repeated.
